I have an obsession with rice. Or maybe it’s more of an addiction. But everything’s a theory until proven otherwise, and I’m never gonna be the one testing it.
What I do know is that I literally cannot go a full week without it. I grow weak, as if my body is missing something, even though I’ve been eating perfectly healthily. It’s a strange feeling.
This translates to eating out as well. Nowadays, I rarely reach for anything other than rice. At a specialty restaurant, sure, I’ll try their special dish. But anywhere else? Gimme rice baby!!
